What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday - Wednesday 11:00 am - 6:00 pm, Thursday - Saturday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm and Sunday 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm. However, each client's schedule and needs vary, therefore we also will be happy to schedule appointments for services with you at times that are a better schedule fit. We strive to offer schedule convenience and flexibility.

What kind of interiors/events does ZaZoo'd do best?

ZaZoo'd does not specialize in any single interior design/event style. Our mission is to create a style that is interpretive of the client's personal expression. From contemporary to coastal, transitional to traditional, we have assisted clients in transforming their interiors into something well-planned and exquisitely detailed, all to meet the client's goals.

Do I receive any discounts on products that I purchase from Zazoo'd when I am hiring them for a service?

A benefit of working with ZaZoo'd on an interior design project or event with access to "trade only" sources yields savings. Often this offsets designer fees making your project more affordable.

What is your pricing structure for interior design/event planning services?

We have two types of pricing structures in which we work from.

  • Our Full Service option is one where as the client makes design decisions and purchases assisted by ZaZoo'd, they are then charged an hourly rate, plus an additional percentage over the cost of the products purchased.
  • Our Consultation option is one where the client works with the designer, a flat hourly rate is charged while working on the varied services and project requirements. This option is especially helpful when working with more confined budget or just needs some overall advice.

During your initial consultation, ZaZoo'd will assist you in deciding which option is most cost effective for your project.

This is a second home. How can I approach this project when my time there may be limited?

Second homes are quite common in the Tampa Bay area. Long distance or local, communication is always critical. Through phone, internet, camera, Skype, overnight and express mail to physically see fabric and color palettes, etc., we can accomplish much in creating the interior you desire.

As important, trust is a critical success factor. Interior design should be a fun and rewarding experience for you and your decorator/designer.

Do you deliver?

We offer white glove delivery services by utilizing excellent outside partners who specialize in making sure your precious purchases are delivered and set-up when you want them.

Do you offer discounts to interior designers?

Yes, we happily offer discounts to fellow interior designers. In order to receive your discount present your business card or credentials upon checkout.

Where do you purchase your inventory?

We pride ourselves on offering the Tampa Bay Area the most unique home goods, furniture, gifts and accessories. In order to achieve this we travel extensivly around the country to find our unique pieces. Many of our unique items are also purchased from local artist, crafts people and made here at ZaZoo'd by our talented team.

Do you refinish a client's furniture?

Yes, we love to assist our clients in repurposing their quality pieces to updated works of art. The process and pricing begins with the clients bringing by photos and discussing their goals for the piece.

What is your return policy?

All sales final, returns for store merchandise/credit only.
